Job Title: 2025 Summer Engineering Co-Op
Department: Engineering
Reports to: Industrial Designer
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Timeframes: May 2025 – August 2025
FSLA Status: Hourly, Temporary, Seasonal ($18/hr)

Overview: Work with the bat engineering team in testing and developing new products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participating in review and design meetings
• Analyze data using statistical software, Excel and MS Access databases
• Assist in creating product documentation and prototypes
• Assist with testing fixtures and machines as needed
• Assist with player surveys in testing prototypes

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Pursuing an Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred). Must be currently enrolled in school, Sophomore standing or higher preferred.
• Strong team building and communication skills.
• Comfortable with hands-on work
• Proficient in MS Excel, Access.
• Knowledge of statistical software (Minitab preferred)

Working Conditions:

Manufacturing and warehouse working environment, lab environment, and/or office environment. Potential work hazards exist due to work environment.
