As a Remote Benefits Specialist, you will:

• Meet virtually with clients via Zoom to discuss their benefits options.
• Educate and guide clients on coverage solutions tailored to their needs.
• Provide exceptional ongoing support and customer service.
• Manage your schedule efficiently in a fully remote setting.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated individuals with excellent time management.
• A coachable mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to meet and exceed client service goals.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus (but not required).
