About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Selector / Picker to join our night shift warehouse team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our customer orders are accurately selected, prepared, and shipped on time. • Review pick lists or order documentation to identify required items and quantities
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to navigate the warehouse efficiently
• Select items accurately and with care to meet quality and quantity standards
  

• Inspect items for damage or defects before staging
• Verify item codes, descriptions, and counts to ensure order accuracy
• Report discrepancies or damage to supervisors immediately
  

• Securely wrap pallets to prepare for shipment.
• Ensure all packages meet protection and cleanliness standards
  

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement.
• Participate in cycle counts and assist in stock control
  

• Operate material handling equipment safely
• Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs
  

• Ability to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Ability to comply with all warehouse safety and sanitation standards
  

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Contribute to a positive, problem-solving work environment
  

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required

• Familiarity with order picking and inventory systems a plus!
• Forklift/pallet jack experience (certification is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Comfortable working in a cold storage environment
