Overview

At Kastle, our people, products and services make spaces safer, smarter and more convenient. For more than 55 years, Kastle has delivered managed security to thousands of buildings and the businesses inside them, and our Central Operations teams are where that promise is kept every day: the Operations Center, field service dispatch, customer support, customer onboarding and customer success. As our business grows and technology changes how work gets done, we are building an analytics capability that turns operational data into better decisions. Central Operations is looking for a Business Analyst to help lead that work.

Kastle is seeking a hands-on Operations Systems Analyst – AI & Automation to build, improve, and maintain the applications, dashboards, reporting tools, and automated workflows that support Central Operations. Using AI coding tools daily, this individual will turn requests from operations teams into working features, write and troubleshoot code, and verify the quality and safety of AI-generated output before deployment. This role focuses on practical solution delivery, ongoing maintenance, and accurate data, not ownership of the organization-wide KPI strategy or metrics governance.

Our success is driven by the combination of advanced technology and talented people. We are proud to be a Certified Great Place to Work®, recognized for a culture that prioritizes both professional excellence and employee well-being. In addition to a great work environment, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and generous paid time off. Our offerings also include tuition and training assistance, BrightHorizons lifestyle assistance, life and disability insurance, and wellness programs.
