As a Shift Leader, you'll help lead our restaurant team, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain our quality standards, and ensure every shift runs smoothly.

You don't need to have a management title to be a great leader. If you have the right attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

💰 Compensation & Opportunities

• $15–$16 per hour + tip share
• $500 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires
• Starting pay based on experience, availability, and qualifications

Receive a $500 sign-on bonus after 120 days of employment, provided you:

• Remain actively employed and in good standing.
• Are scheduled and actively working at least 20 hours per week at the time of bonus eligibility.

The bonus is payable after completing 120 days of employment, provided all eligibility requirements are met.

What You'll Do

Lead the Team

• Lead and support restaurant team members during assigned shifts.
• Set the example for great customer service, teamwork, and work ethic.
• Help train, coach, and develop team members.
• Communicate expectations and hold team members accountable.
• Create a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.

Run Great Shifts

• Help ensure shifts run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
• Assign positions and responsibilities to team members.
• Monitor order accuracy, ticket times, food quality, and customer service.
• Step in and support teammates wherever help is needed.
• Complete opening, shift-change, and closing procedures.
• Communicate important operational information to restaurant management.

Deliver Great Food & Customer Experiences

• Ensure pizzas and other menu items meet Marco's quality standards.
• Maintain proper food preparation, portioning, and food-safety procedures.
• Provide friendly, welcoming, and professional customer service.
• Help resolve customer concerns and make things right.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant.
