Position Overview

Friday Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a manufacturing facility in Arden, NC. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, leads the warehouse team, and ensures materials and customer orders are handled accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse leadership experience, strong inventory management skills, and experience working with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and shipping operations.

• Assign tasks and coordinate daily warehouse workflow.

• Train, coach, and support warehouse employees.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.

• Use ERP systems to track materials and process transactions.

• Ensure proper labeling, lot tracking, and inventory rotation.

• Coordinate with production, shipping, and other departments.

• Promote safe forklift operation and maintain an organized warehouse.

• Identify inventory issues and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred.

• ERP or inventory management system experience required; SYSPRO preferred.

• Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting.

• Basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to follow warehouse safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
