Job Description

Description:
  • Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, entrances, elevators, and common areas.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
  • Clean windows, doors, walls, and other public surfaces.
  • Maintain outdoor areas, including sidewalks, parking areas, and entrances.
  • Assist housekeeping with additional cleaning duties when needed.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Respond promptly to requests from management and guests.
  • Ensure the property maintains a clean, safe, and professional appearance
Requirements:
  • Previous cleaning or porter experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment or supplies.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
