  • Drive the design and implementation of end-to-end Out-of-Band (OOB) management solutions involving management controllers, FPGAs, and microcontrollers.

  • Support the development and integration of Redfish-based management capabilities.

  • Design and implement secure platform solutions aligned with Open Compute Project (OCP) standards and customer requirements.

  • Work closely with firmware engineers, developers, architects, and customer engineering teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines strong firmware engineering expertise with system-level problem-solving abilities, technical leadership, and excellent communication skills. The following qualifications are expected:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven professional experience developing firmware, software, or device drivers in an industry environment.

  • Strong foundation in C programming and familiarity with C++ and Python.

  • Experience with OpenBMC and/or System Management Controller (SMC) technologies is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Out-of-Band server management technologies, including BMC, Redfish, I2C, I3C, and USB.

  • Solid understanding of server systems, computer architecture, Linux and Windows operating systems, and hypervisors.

  • Experience with scripting and system-level development environments.

  • Hands-on laboratory experience using diagnostic equipment such as protocol analyzers and oscilloscopes.

  • Familiarity with source control tools such as Git or Perforce.

  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Benefits
  • Access to a comprehensive employee benefits package.

  • Additional healthcare and wellness benefits.

  • Career development opportunities within a technology-driven environment.
