Accounting Manager As our Accounting Manager, you’ll lead the Accounting Team and take ownership of the day-to-day accounting operations that keep our business running. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll be both a hands-on accounting professional and a team leader, overseeing AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, financial reporting, job costing, and monthly, quarterly, and year-end close. You’ll develop your team, strengthen internal controls, solve discrepancies, and improve processes while ensuring our financial information is accurate and timely. Location: Ellington, CT Required Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting, with prior experience leading or supervising an accounting team.
