As a Branch Manager In Training, you’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales, support operational excellence, and develop your teammates — positioning yourself for future advancement into branch leadership.

Lead and Grow

• Drive branch sales performance through superior service, product knowledge, and proactive customer engagement

• Support the development, training, and motivation of associates to help them succeed

• Build lasting customer relationships and expand the branch’s network

Protect and Improve

• Ensure operational standards are met to safeguard company assets and inventory

• Maintain an organized and customer-ready showroom and warehouse environment

• Assist in monitoring expenses, managing stock levels, and supporting efficient logistics

Be Hands-On

• Partner in all aspects of operations — counter sales, order processing, merchandising, and warehouse activities

• Learn and apply best practices for safety, compliance, and operational procedures

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $45k-55k + Bonus Eligible
