Pizza Maker at TAPSIDE PIZZA LLC – Belmont, North Carolina

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has experience preparing dough, sauces, and toppings, cooking pizzas to order, and maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes
• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas accurately and efficiently
• Operate ovens and kitchen equipment safely
• Monitor food quality and portion control
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory, food prep, and stocking as needed
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Handle multiple orders during busy periods
• Assist with kitchen production and food preparations as needed

Education & Experience

• Previous experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Great communication skills.
• An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and within a team.
• Must be 18 years or older

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds (including trash bags).
• Position requires prolonged standing, bending, twisting, carrying of objects and repetitive hand and wrist motions.
• Working with hot, cold and hazardous materials and equipment.
• Non-slip shoes required
