Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor - Female Secure at George Junior Republic – Grove City, Pennsylvania

Summary of the Position: The Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor is scheduled to work in the Female Secure Residential Facility and assumes responsibility for the operations and actions of the Behavioral Health Technicians in the unit. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the safety, security, and operations of the staff and persons served.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise staff
2. Support the oversight of treatment and programming
3. Provide safety and security at all times
4. Document as required per agency guidelines and standards
5. Provide food service to persons served
6. Engage in treatment planning and treatment team meetings
7. Plan and coordinate daily youth activities
8. Complete required training per policies and regulations

Management Position: Yes

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and five years' experience working with youth in a residential setting.
