We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Regional Director of Clinical Services who is passionate about senior care, leadership development, and clinical excellence. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for elevating care standards, supporting Directors of Nursing & Wellness, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple communities.

The Regional Director of Clinical Services serves as the primary clinical resource for assigned communities. This leader partners closely with Operations to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality nursing services, regulatory compliance, and strong clinical leadership development across the region.

This role requires a balance of hands-on clinical expertise, coaching ability, regulatory knowledge, and strategic oversight.

• Serve as the primary clinical resource for assigned communities, ensuring alignment with company standards and state regulations

• Mentor and support Directors of Nursing & Wellness to strengthen leadership effectiveness

• Provide ongoing training, guidance, and clinical direction to community clinical teams

• Oversee and facilitate the QMA Insulin Administration Program

• Provide consultation on risk management, quality indicators, and regulatory compliance matters

• Conduct regular community visits to review, monitor, and audit quality of nursing care

• Partner with Regional Operations Directors to drive consistency and excellence across the portfolio

• Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance initiatives

• Identify opportunities for clinical improvement and implement action plans

• Strong, confident Directors of Nursing who feel supported and developed

• Consistent, high-quality care across assigned communities

• Positive survey outcomes and regulatory compliance

• Active RN license in good standing in Indiana

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a regional clinical leadership role (assisted living experience strongly preferred)

• Strong working knowledge of assisted living regulations and compliance standards

• Experience mentoring and developing clinical leaders

• Valid CPR, TB, and First Aid Certification

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance

• Ability to travel regularly, including overnight travel

• Confident clinical leader with strong coaching skills

• Strategic thinker who can see patterns across communities

• Comfortable providing constructive feedback

• Detail-oriented with strong regulatory knowledge
