Do you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment where smiles are part of the uniform? At The City Forum in Clarksville, TN, our Streatery Front-of-House team is the heart of our food service — taking orders, running food, and making sure every guest leaves with a great experience.

As part of Project 2231, a family-owned Hospitality and Entertainment company, you’ll be part of a team that values positivity, teamwork, and creating memorable moments for every guest.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering Hospitality at the Counter: Greet guests with a smile, take orders, answer questions, process payments, and give dine-in guests numbered flags for food delivery.
• Keeping Service Moving: Deliver food quickly and safely to the correct table, coordinate with kitchen staff, and assist teammates during busy shifts.
• Prepping & Restocking: Stock sauces, cups, napkins, trays, and to-go items; maintain drink stations; and cut/portion pizzas for service.
• Maintaining Cleanliness & Safety: Keep service areas clean, dispose of trash and cardboard, and complete all duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• A positive attitude, great personality, and guest-first mindset.

• Confidence, organization, and enthusiasm for learning new skills.

• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift 30 pounds, and work in a high-energy environment.

Position Details:

• Part-Time: 20-25 hours per week (depending on business needs)
• Schedule: Afternoons, Evenings, & Nights on Weekdays; Weekends and Holidays required (excluding Easter, Thanksgiving Day, & Christmas Day)
• Pay Rate: $9 an hour
