Gymnastics Instructor at Ladgov Corporation – Trenton, New Jersey

Develop and implement structured lesson plans appropriate for age and skill level

Provide safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate gymnastics instruction

Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to each class to prepare the lesson area

Set up and break down equipment before and after each session

Supervise students at all times during instructional periods

Maintain minimal use of instructional videos

Maintain accurate attendance records

Maintain performance and skill development records for each student

Provide monthly attendance reports to the Program Coordinator

Submit monthly invoices with required contract references

Coordinate scheduling and performance requirements with the Program Coordinator

Provide advance notice (minimum 7 days) for non-emergency absences

Notify the POC immediately in case of emergency cancellations

Maintain confidentiality of all student and family information

Minimum two (2) years of experience teaching gymnastics at an established facility

Demonstrated experience working with young children

Ability to develop structured lesson plans

Strong classroom management and communication skills
