We’re looking for a Duty Manager who doesn’t just “run shifts”
You set the tone, drive the energy and lead from the middle of it all.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
· Owning high energy service from start to finish
· Leading large teams through busy, late night trade
· Keeping the venue running smoothly across bar, gaming and floor
· Managing opens, closes and everything in between
· Handling challenges calmly and making quick, confident decisions
· Being the go-to leader on shift
WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT
· You stay calm when things get hectic
· You don’t avoid pressure, you handle it
· You lead from the floor, not from the sidelines
· You know how to get the best out of a team during a rush
You’ll likely have
· Experience in a leadership role within hospitality
· Or strong floor experience and ready to step up
You’ll need
· Current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG
· Availability for weekends and late nights
· Confidence closing a busy venue
