POSITION: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or PA-C
LOCATION: Elizabethtown, Kentucky

QUALIFICATIONS:
• active Kentucky APRN or PA-C license (licensed for adult care, not pediatric-only)
• primary care experience
• familiarity with medication-assisted addiction treatment

SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 8:00 A. M. to 5:00 P. M.
(and on-call according to a rotating schedule)
