Clinical Supervisor at Brighter Heights Maine – Bangor or Yarmouth, Maine

Pay range $68-73,000

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to work in our Bangor or Yarmouth office and be a part of our leadership team.

Responsibilities include:

• oversight of our medication management program
• working with our BHH manager to provide clinical support as needed to BHH team
• directly supervising 4-5 staff
• joining our commercial insurance credentialing team
• some administrative oversight, including monthly clinical audits
• carrying a clinical caseload

• Must have: LCSW, LCPC or LMFT
• 2 or more years of supervisory experience
• Community mental health agency experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in systems and operations, preferably in Medication Management
