Maintenance Supervisor at The Haven at Oconee – Greensboro, Georgia

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee and perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
-Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
-Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance needs.
-Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
-Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
-Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
-Train and supervise maintenance staff as needed.

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management.
-Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to respond to emergencies and work flexible hours as needed.
