Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in diesel mechanics or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of mechanics or technicians.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in the transportation industry.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in automotive technology, mechanical engineering, or related discipline.
• Certification from recognized bodies such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) in diesel engines.
