The Role While the Marketing Manager drives the traffic, and the Restaurant Manager runs the floor, you oversee the total business performance.

• Commercial Collaboration: Work closely with our Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly on the floor. You ensure the operation delivers on the marketing promise.

• Financial Guardianship: You own the P&L. Ensure operations beat KPIs in sales, labor, and COGS.

• Leadership Development: Mentor the management team and oversee training pathways.

• Operational Oversight: Oversee rostering, stock management, and compliance to maximize profitability.

• Total Accountability: Ultimate responsibility for policies, safety, and ensuring the customer journey remains world-class.

About You

• 4+ years experience as a Restaurant/Venue Manager in a major pub or large-scale restaurant.

• Systems Expert: We run a data-driven ship. Experience with Lightspeed, Deputy, and Restoke is highly regarded and will help you hit the ground running.

• Sales Focused: You know how to translate marketing traffic into revenue through efficient operations and service standards.

• Strategic mindset: Balancing office requirements with a supportive floor presence.
