JOB SUMMARY: The Brand & Marketing coordinator supports the Brand Manager in executing marketing initiatives and enhancing our brand presence across digital platforms. This position assists in content creation, social media management, and online reputation efforts while thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand & Content Support:

· Assist the Brand Manager in developing visuals, graphics, and written content for marketing campaigns and internal communications.

· Support ongoing branding initiatives, including updates to materials and presentations.

· Utilize platforms such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging content.

· Maintain consistency and quality across marketing materials, newsletters, and digital collateral.

Social Media & Online Presence:

· Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, to drive audience engagement and growth.

· Support the development of social campaigns, including concept creation, and graphics.

· Monitor, update, and maintain Aspire’s Glassdoor account and respond to Google reviews, helping to uphold a positive company reputation.

· Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest content optimizations.

Events & Community Engagement Support:

· Assist with planning and executing employee and broker events, including but not limited to charitable initiatives, volunteer opportunities, and networking sessions.

· Support event communications, marketing materials, and social promotion.

· Help manage logistics and materials for conferences, webinars, and other company initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· 1 or more years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or a related field, preferred.

· Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

· Experience with social media platforms including but not limited to (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Glassdoor, Google) and familiarity with current digital trends.

· Content creation skills, including but not limited to understanding brand voice, messaging, and audience engagement.

· Basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools, preferred.

· Ability to capture photo/video content, including basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and mobile video editing.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks.

· Basic critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative ideation skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to adapt to new software and digital tools.

· Ability to provide support during company events, including light lifting, setup, and breakdown.

· Ability to follow a content calendar, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

· Comfortable taking initiative, contributing new ideas, and managing growing responsibility.

· Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, leadership, and cross-department partners.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

· Ability to clearly communicate concepts, creative ideas, and project requirements.

· Ability to represent the company professionally across all public-facing channels and uphold the brand image.

· Strong ability to manage multiple projects, competing deadlines, and ongoing assignments effectively.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Working Conditions:

· This is a position based in a professional office environment.

· Standard business hours apply, with occasional overtime hours required to meet project deadlines or attend leadership meetings.

· Frequent use of a computer, phone system, and claims management software.

· Must be comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens simultaneously.

· Requires clear, professional verbal communication and active listening skills.

· Fast-paced environment with performance metrics.

· Must be able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

· Frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams across time zones requiring flexibility in scheduling.

· May require occasional travel (up to 10–15%) to company offices, vendor sites, or industry conferences.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (up to 8 hours per day) while working on a desk computer.

· Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.

· Ability to use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and video conferencing tools.

· Must be able to read and interpret documents, emails, and computer screens.

· Extended screen time is required.

· Must be able to hear and speak clearly on the phone for extended periods.

· Use of a headset is common and may be required.

· Minimal physical movement required; occasional walking or standing may be needed.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally (e.g., for transporting laptops or presentation materials).
