Responsible for leading shift employees in maintaining the cleanliness, integrity, and safety of company facilities. All duties must be performed in accordance with Club Fortune policies and procedures.

• Lead, supervise, and train employees in completing Porter responsibilities
• Ensure cleanliness of the building and property
• Stock and replace supplies in restrooms as needed
• Dust and wipe casino floor areas as required
• Dust walls and ceiling areas as needed
• Empty and clean ashtrays and trash cans inside and outside the property
• Clean all glass surfaces throughout the shift, including entry doors
• Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum floor areas during the shift
• Restock cleaning and maintenance supplies
• Remove litter from parking lot and exterior areas
• Maintain cleanliness of interior areas
• Adhere to attendance guidelines and comply with regulatory, departmental, and company policies
• Follow uniform requirements and ensure employees abide by company appearance policy
• Clean biohazards using proper safety precautions and required PPE
• Perform other duties as assigned

Language Ability

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (speak and read)

• Use product information and directions for working with a variety of chemicals and standard cleaning equipment
• Ability to maintain a steady work pace to meet department schedules
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures
• Strong customer service and employee relations skills

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 75 lbs occasionally
• Ability to handle and operate heavy-duty equipment
• Must be able to push and pull heavy-duty equipment
• Prolonged walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching, and kneeling without restriction
• Ability to tolerate working with chemicals and noise from equipment
• Ability to work in an environment that is smokey, noisy, has bright lights, and varying indoor and outdoor temperatures
