Lawn Care Technician - Full Time at BEST LAWN CARE & LANDSCAPING LLC – Wentzville, Missouri

Best Lawn Care has immediate openings for a Fertilizer Lawn Technician. We are a growing, family-owned business looking to expand our team.

To be considered for hire, you need to have the following:

1. Active MO Driver's Licence

2. Cell Phone with Data (no pre-pay plans)

3. Your own reliable transportation.

Daily Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Help with the loading/unloading of the truck
calculating mix rates for what goes in your truck/backpack sprayers
communicating with customers via text and on the lawn
walking lawns and applying seed with a chest spreader
walking on lawns and pulling a hose through lawns to apply the product
walking with a fertilizer spreader through lawns to apply the product
communicating with the office as needed throughout the day

The ideal Lawn Care Tech is independent, confident, and customer-centric. They have excellent time management skills, strong communication ability, and, most importantly, a very positive attitude.

The Pay & Schedule

$19–$25/hr based on experience
Commission on sales (earn extra when you help customers)
Performance bonuses
Full-time, consistent work

Weather-dependent 4-day work weeks
Four 10-hour days when conditions allow
