CNA - Full-time, evenings at Prairieview Lutheran Homes – Danforth, Illinois

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents during .

• Assist residents with daily living activities including lifting, repositioning, and mobility support as needed.
• Follow established care plans and facility policies to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to promote teamwork and continuity of care.
• Maintain dependable and punctual attendance, demonstrating reliability throughout assigned shifts.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to resident needs and emergencies.

• Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois.
• Previous experience in long-term care (LTC) settings preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• CPR certification required.
• HCWR (Healthcare Worker Registry) compliant.
• Ability to lift, reposition, and assist residents safely.
• Caring, compassionate, and resident-focused attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, with consistent attendance record.

This position requires working evenings shifts in a long-term care facility located in Danforth, IL. The role involves physical activity including lifting and assisting residents, as well as working closely with a multidisciplinary care team.
