Midwest Electric and Generator, Inc., a well-established generator and electrical contractor located in Elk River, MN, is seeking a motivated Sales Office Administrator to join our growing team. Our company operates on a customer-first platform, focusing on delivering exceptional service and value to every customer.

We specialize in the installation and service of generator and electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, monitoring, warranty services, and more. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales team and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for our customers.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Conduct lead follow-up and customer communication
• Perform post-estimate follow-ups with customers
• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
• Assist with scheduling and routing of appointments
• Prepare quotes and manage sales leads
• Coordinate permitting and inspection documentation
• Maintain office supplies and organization
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks

• 1–2 years of office or administrative experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency (2+ years preferred)
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Interest in a long-term position and contributing ideas that improve processes and customer service
