About This Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Program Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our residential program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, managing staff, and maintaining a positive and supportive environment. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field or 6 years in a residential program management role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a residential program management role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Experience with writing Individual Plans of Service/Supports Coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the residential program, including managing staff and ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on program activities, including resident progress and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments and community organizations to provide comprehensive services to residents.

Skills:

The successful candidate will utilize their strong leadership and management skills to oversee the daily operations of the residential program. They will communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive environment. They will also use their knowledge of relevant regulations and standards to ensure compliance and maintain accurate records.
