As a Project Coordinator with IT experience, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing numerous projects, including and especially IT projects related to server, firewall, and printer maintenance and troubleshooting.

Duties & Responsibilities

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, and information to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Facilitating communication among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, including status reports and meeting notes, to track progress and identify issues.
  • Identifying potential risk and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project quality and timelines are met.
  • Working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and facilitate communication.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Project management experience, especially with construction supervision.
  • Working knowledge of IT functions, especially server, firewall, and printer maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Good organization, time management and prioritization.
  • Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening.
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is preferred.

Proficiency in any of the following languages is highly encouraged:

  • Spanish
