RPM Signs and Lighting is seeking experienced Sign Service Installers to join our growing Field Operations team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, solving problems independently, and delivering high-quality installation and service work on commercial signage and lighting systems.

Youll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing a variety of sign and lighting systems while representing our company professionally at client sites. • Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install electrical and lighting system equipment and components

• Repair and service neon, fluorescent, and LED signs

• Install graphics and commercial signage of all types

• Accurately measure and map project sites for new installations

• Diagnose and resolve field issues as they arise

• Interact professionally with customers and represent the company positively

• Maintain strict adherence to company and OSHA safety standards

• Operate company vehicles and equipment responsibly

• Complete documentation and reports accurately and timely

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sign installation, lighting service, or related electrical field work

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with neon, fluorescent, and LED systems

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Professional communication skills and customer-focused mindset

• Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work at heights as required

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record preferred

• $25$30 per hour (based on experience)
