Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of general construction tasks related to commercial storage facility projects.
• Work with tools and equipment to construct, repair, and maintain structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Ensure all work is code-compliant and meets safety regulations.
• Assist in site preparation, material handling, and general labor as needed.
• Troubleshoot construction issues and implement solutions efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site, following all company and OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial construction (storage facility experience is a plus).
• Strong Knowledge across multiple trades, including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, flooring, finish work, and light electrical or plumbing.
• High attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Low voltage wiring experience preferred but not required
