What You'll Earn

• Guaranteed base salary + uncapped commission

What You'll Do

• Work inbound and outbound leads from first contact to signed agreement
• Build and manage a pipeline with disciplined follow-up
• Consult with prospects to understand their needs and match them to the right solution
• Hit monthly targets and earn more as you exceed them

What We're Looking For

• A proven sales track record — industry background is open
• A confident communicator who builds rapport quickly and closes consistently
• A self-starter who owns their numbers and manages their time without being micromanaged
• Must obtain an active Virginia Real Estate license within 90 days of hire (we'll support you through it)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
