We are currently looking for a Senior B2B Warehouse Specialist to join our Warehouse team in Atlanta, US. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating daily B2B warehouse operations, ensuring all customer orders are shipped on time and in full, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

What you will do
  • Execute picking, packing, and shipping of B2B customer orders, ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements and tight deadlines.
  • Coordinate inbound deliveries, stock booking, returns (RMAs), and inventory accuracy across warehouse systems.
  • Monitor backlog, ship queues, and stock levels, identifying and resolving discrepancies or operational bottlenecks.
  • Support cycle counts, stock takes, and system reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members, supporting daily operations and maintaining productivity and quality standards.
What you should bring
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or B2B fulfillment environment.
  • Experience using WMS/ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and familiarity with retailer compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve operational issues, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Good communication, numeracy, and literacy skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
