Clinical Supervisor at Brighter Heights Maine – Bangor, Maine

Pay range $68-73,000 plus $2,000 bonus

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to work in our Bangor office and be a part of our leadership team. This position involves working closely with our large medication management program, interacting with providers and coordinators. It also also provides the opportunity to carry and small case load of clients. Responsibilities include:

• oversight of our medication management program and clinic, working closing with our providers and coordinators
• conduct initial assessments, client discharges and communicate with clients as needed
• carry a small clinical caseload of your own clients
• working with our BHH managers to provide clinical support as needed to BHH team
• supervising 4-5 staff
• joining our commercial insurance credentialing team
• some administrative oversight, including monthly clinical audits

• Must have: LCSW, LCPC or LMFT
• 2 or more years of supervisory experience
• Community mental health agency experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in systems and operations, must have strong excel skills
• Medication Management admin experience is a plus
