What You’ll Do

  • Administer IV, subcutaneous, and other infusion therapies in home and infusion center settings

  • Perform thorough patient assessments before, during, and after treatments

  • Monitor for and respond to adverse reactions with confidence and clinical expertise

  • Educate patients and caregivers on medications, side effects, and catheter care

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with all standards

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams

  • Manage and troubleshoot infusion equipment (pumps, PICC lines, ports)

  • Follow all infection control and patient safety protocols

What You’ll Bring

  • Active, unrestricted RN license in Michigan

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (infusion, oncology, ICU, or home health preferred)

  • Strong IV and vascular access skills

  • Experience with central lines (PICC, ports) preferred

  • Current BLS certification

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
