What You’ll Do
Administer IV, subcutaneous, and other infusion therapies in home and infusion center settings
Perform thorough patient assessments before, during, and after treatments
Monitor for and respond to adverse reactions with confidence and clinical expertise
Educate patients and caregivers on medications, side effects, and catheter care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with all standards
Collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams
Manage and troubleshoot infusion equipment (pumps, PICC lines, ports)
Follow all infection control and patient safety protocols
What You’ll Bring
Active, unrestricted RN license in Michigan
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (infusion, oncology, ICU, or home health preferred)
Strong IV and vascular access skills
Experience with central lines (PICC, ports) preferred
Current BLS certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
