Ship Store Retail Attendant at Slipaway – Cape Coral, Florida

Customer Service

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and the property
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries as needed
• Resolve basic guest questions or concerns and escalate when appropriate

Retail Operations

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for purchases and transactions
• Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately
• Maintain clean and organized checkout and sales areas

Merchandising & Store Appearance

• Restock merchandise and maintain product displays
• Face, fold, and organize products to maintain a clean and appealing store
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock

Inventory Support

• Assist with inventory counts and tracking as needed
• Receive and organize incoming merchandise

Facility Support

• Maintain cleanliness of the ship store and surrounding areas
• Assist with light cleaning duties to support overall property standards

• High school diploma/GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to guests
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays)
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge and general property information
• Comfortable answering phones and directing guest inquiries
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move light to moderate merchandise
