The Role — Assistant Store Manager Lead a high-energy, customer-first team at one of our locations. You’ll run store operations, coach and develop baristas, drive sales, and create an inviting, fun spot where guests keep coming back.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver awesome customer experiences through great service and consistent beverage quality
• Hire, train, coach, and inspire your team — build people up and help them succeed
• Create schedules, manage labor, and keep the store running smoothly
• Keep the store clean, safe, and visually inviting
• Own cash handling, POS accuracy, and daily financial tasks
• Spot opportunities to grow sales and control costs to boost profitability
• Use feedback and performance coaching to develop team members; handle progressive discipline when needed

Who You Are

• A people-first leader with 2+ years supervising in restaurants or retail
• Energetic, approachable, and excited to teach and coach others
• Organized, decisive, and comfortable with numbers and operations
• Great communicator and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
