Job Purpose
The Bilingual Recruiter reports to the Head of People and is responsible for the recruitment process in a fast-paced 400+ employee organization in multiple locations. Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms and other sourcing methods. Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications. Contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews. Extends offers and negotiates compensation. Initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
Pay for this role is $70k; Salaried Exempt
Responsibilities
Implement and manage overall recruitment strategy. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to company career site, job boards, colleges and other sites. Screen candidates resume and job applications Conduct interview using reliable recruiting selection tool/methods to select most qualified candidates. Partner with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Establish a robust pipeline for hourly roles; maintain regular contact with future candidates. Liaison with local agencies to coordinate recruiting initiatives and career fairs. Partner with Staffing Agencies to align deliverables and meet objectives. Conduct the onboarding process to integrate the new hires. Monitor and apply recruitments best practices Report and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations to leadership. Promote company’s reputation as the best place to work May perform other duties as assigned.Educational Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree from an accredited college a plus.Experience Requirements
4+ years of related experience with recruiting and onboarding. Must be fluent in Spanish Call Center recruiting a PlusExcellent sourcing strategies a plusTravel Requirements
