Summary:
The Vice President, Corporate Facilities & Real Estate is responsible for strategic planning, execution, and oversight of the company’s enterprisewide real estate and facilities portfolio. This role leads to space strategy, site selection, acquisitions and dispositions, lease negotiations, transaction closings, and the endtoend delivery of facility buildouts and construction projects. The VP partners closely with Executive Leadership, Legal, Finance, Operations, and external partners to ensure facilities and real estate initiatives support business growth, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and longterm cost optimization.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in the development and execution of the company’s corporate real estate and facilities strategy to support business growth, operational needs, and longterm portfolio optimization.
Participate in site selection activities, including market analysis, feasibility studies, and space evaluations for office, call center, and operational facilities.
Participate in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, renewals, and closings in partnership with Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and external brokers.
Oversee all phases of construction, site buildouts, renovations, and relocations, from project planning and design through execution and turnover.
Assist in establishing standards for workplace design, space planning, furniture, fixtures, and equipment to ensure consistency and operational effectiveness across locations.
Provide oversight of facilities management, including maintenance, safety, security, and vendor performance across the company’s footprint.
Manage relationships with landlords, developers, construction firms, architects, engineers, and other thirdparty vendors to ensure quality, compliance, and cost control.
Develop and manage capital and operating budgets related to real estate and facilities, including forecasting and longrange planning.
Partner crossfunctionally with HR, IT, Security, Compliance, and Operations to align facility strategies with workforce, technology, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with real estate transactions and construction projects, ensuring adherence to applicable legal, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Guide and mentor a highperforming facilities and real estate organization.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

This position has direct reports. Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications:

Knowledge of corporate real estate transactions, lease structures, and portfolio management.
Strong understanding of construction management, architectural design, and facility buildout processes.
Advanced negotiation and contract management skills.
Ability to translate strategic business objectives into real estate and facilities solutions.
Executivelevel leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence capabilities.
Strong financial acumen, including capital planning and budget oversight.
Proven ability to lead large, crossfunctional teams and complete complex projects.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
Master’s degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred.
15-20 years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or construction leadership roles.
Demonstrated experience leading multisite portfolios and largescale construction or relocation initiatives.
