Job Description
BRAD Service Coordinator
Business & Retention Center
Hourly Rate: Starting at $11.00 per hour
Location: Reed-Lallier Chevrolet
Reed-Lallier Chevrolet is seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused BRAD Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for an organized individual who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced dealership environment. If you have strong communication skills and a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you.
Availability Requirements:
- Monday – Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Answer incoming service calls using approved call scripts to assist customers and schedule service appointments
- Collect and update customer contact information including name, phone numbers, address, and email
- Record customer interactions and notes in dealership CRM/DMS systems
- Contact customers using approved call scripts to schedule service appointments
- Confirm scheduled appointments through phone, text, or email
- Follow up with customers who miss appointments and assist with rescheduling
- Maintain accurate and updated customer information within the CRM system
- Send personalized emails confirming online service appointments
- Respond to online service requests, chat inquiries, and voicemail messages
- Contact customers regarding notifications such as OnStar leads or dealership service lists
- Monitor special order parts lists and schedule appointments accordingly
- Answer general dealership calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Support daily department tasks and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Cross-train within the BRAD department to assist with dealership needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and able to work alternating Saturdays
