This role is focused on driving outbound growth in the French-speaking market for a fast-scaling SaaS platform in the vacation rental industry. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers through structured outbound prospecting activities. Working remotely within Europe, you will play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline by connecting with decision-makers and understanding their business needs. The position requires a proactive, target-driven mindset and strong communication skills in both French and English. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality. - Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers within target accounts in the French market.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social selling to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Engage prospects to understand their needs and clearly communicate the value of the solution offered.
- Collaborate with sales teams to design and execute outreach strategies that drive pipeline growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all prospecting activities and interactions.
- Partner with marketing teams to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
- Previous experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Strong prospecting, cold calling, and written outreach skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and communication abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach) is a plus.
- Native-level French and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
