This Role Includes:- Residential & commercial irrigation service
- System troubleshooting & diagnostics
- Irrigation installs & upgrades
- Controller programming & water management
- Crew leadership & job oversight
- Identifying enhancement opportunities for customers
- Helping build operational systems for a growing division
- $35/hr base pay
- Company truck
- Production bonuses
- Commission on upgrades & repairs
- Year-round work

- Clear path toward Irrigation Division Manager
- Holds a Florida irrigation license (preferred)
- Has strong troubleshooting experience
- Understands both service and installation
