CAREER OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW:

As our Canvassing Guru you'll lead our canvassing campaigns and carve out new territories of lead generation. Your responsibilities will include hiring, training, and developing canvassers, as well as implementing innovative canvassing strategies to financial wins you'll take all the way to the bank. Your strategic planning will raise awareness and bring a landslide amount of leads to helping homeowners discover PERMANENT Exterior Home Solutions from Stone Coated Metal Roofing to Insulated Siding and Energy Efficient Windows by Leading National Manufacturers!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead 6 or more person canvass team
• Training on intense and deep canvassing model and scripts
• Daily canvassing with team (If Needed)
• Implement deep canvass conversations for positive team growth
• Track success and growth potential of team
• Submit timesheets on a weekly basis
• Daily debrief conversations with team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Lead Canvassing Management Experience
• Organized and Manage Multiple Teams Simultaneously
• Excellent Listening and Communication Skills
• Empathetic and Motivational
• Experience Using CRM and/or Microsoft Word & Excel
• Ability to Coach/Mentor/Develop Canvassers to Success

Working Conditions:

• Working Hours: Monday-Saturday 10:00AM – 7:00PM,

with a break for lunch - flex schedule can be developed

• Ability to stand/walk for multiple hours daily
• Serious About Achieving Qualitative and Quantitative Lead Gen Success
• Smartphone/Tablet Familiarity/Functionality
• Reliable Daily Transportation
