Fabrication Team Members are responsible for processing beef products according to production specifications and quality standards. Duties may include:

• Trimming, deboning, slicing, and sorting meat products
• Breaking down beef carcasses into specific cuts or trim
• Using knives, hand tools, and production equipment safely and effectively
• Maintaining strict food safety, sanitation, and USDA standards
• Inspecting products to ensure quality and consistency
• Supporting daily production goals in a fast-paced environment

This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a cold production environment.
