We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tortilla Lead to oversee the production of high-quality tortillas in our manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily tortilla production operations to meet quality and efficiency standards

- Lead and motivate production team members, providing training and support

- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulations

- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance

- Implement process improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency

- Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators

- Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in food production, preferably in bakery or tortilla manufacturing

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations

- Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional food safety certifications are a plus
