- Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, overseeing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- Develop and execute data-driven success plans aligned with customer business objectives
- Drive product adoption and value realization through tailored strategies and ongoing engagement
- Identify and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams
- Monitor account health using performance data and proactively address risks or opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (onboarding, services, partnerships, and support) to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Stay informed on industry trends, analytics, and AI innovations to provide strategic guidance to clients
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer success processes and tools
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer success, account management, or consulting roles
- Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with large, complex accounts
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-level stakeholders
- Fluency in French and English; additional European languages are a plus
- Solid understanding of digital analytics, product analytics, and data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with modern data ecosystems, including data warehouses and AI-driven tools
- Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth and account expansion
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
