This role sits at the intersection of creativity, performance marketing, and data-driven experimentation, where your designs directly influence campaign success across major digital platforms. You will create engaging visual and motion assets that capture attention, support A/B testing strategies, and improve key marketing performance metrics. Working in a fast-paced agency environment, you will collaborate closely with media, content, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life for enterprise B2B brands. Your work will span static visuals, motion graphics, and short-form video optimized for platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. You will also contribute to landing page design and conversion-focused experiments, ensuring creative output aligns with business objectives. This is a highly collaborative and iterative role where creativity is combined with performance insights and continuous optimization.

Accountabilities:
  • Design high-performing static and digital advertising assets, including ad creatives and landing pages, optimized for conversion and performance metrics.
  • Create motion graphics and short-form video content tailored for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Edit and adapt video content into multiple formats and aspect ratios aligned with platform requirements and audience behavior.
  • Collaborate with media and content teams to ensure creative alignment with campaign goals and audience insights.
  • Maintain strong brand consistency while adapting visuals for different segments, channels, and campaign objectives.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives by designing variations for experimentation and performance optimization.
  • Conduct ongoing iteration of creative assets based on data insights, user feedback, and test results.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while coordinating with internal stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within performance marketing or CRO-focused environments.
  • At least 1 year of experience in motion design or motion graphics production.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
  • Basic video editing and motion design skills using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of performance marketing principles such as A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven design.
  • Ability to interpret data insights such as heatmaps, user behavior, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional team environments.
  • Curious, proactive mindset with a willingness to experiment and stay current with industry trends, including AI-driven creative tools.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of CAD 70,000 to CAD 95,000 based on experience
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance coverage
  • 100% employer-paid coverage for employees and partial coverage for dependents
  • Unlimited paid time off with minimum vacation requirements and additional paid holidays
  • Mental health support, therapy access, and wellness resources
  • Physical wellness benefits including fitness programs and virtual training access
  • Retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility across Canada
  • Additional wellbeing benefits including parental leave, fertility support, and annual bonuses
