Now, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology and people.

This isn’t a support role — it’s a role with ownership.

You won’t be cold calling.
You won’t be chasing new sales.

Instead, you’ll take brand-new clients from:

“I’m not sure how this works…”

to:

“Wow — this is transforming my business.”

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Leading structured onboarding Zoom calls for new clients
  • Guiding clients through CRM setup, workflows, and marketing activation
  • Ensuring websites, lead capture forms, and automations go live correctly
  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts post-launch
  • Monitoring engagement and identifying churn risks early
  • Delivering proactive check-ins and performance reviews
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to improve client outcomes
  • Tracking progress and documenting activity within CRM systems

You won’t just manage accounts — you’ll drive results.

Who Thrives Here

You likely have 2–4 years’ experience in SaaS Customer Success, onboarding, or account management.

You’ve:

  • Led live Zoom calls with clients
  • Worked within CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Managed multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Helped clients fully adopt the systems they’ve invested in

You understand that great Customer Success is proactive, structured, and confident. It often means holding clients accountable to the plan.

You don’t need to be a developer — but if terms like workflows, funnels, automations, integrations, and dashboards sound familiar, you’re in the right space.

Job Details
  • Location: Hartlepool, UK (In-office, full-time)
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
