Outreach Representative

Location: Hybrid Remote (Must reside in Ohio)

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour based on experience

Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift coverage; days vary; includes weekend coverage as scheduled

Note: This position is hybrid remote but candidates must reside in Ohio. Occasional on-site attendance may be required for training, meetings, or operational needs.

Woodhaven Residential Treatment Center is a mission-driven provider of substance use treatment services with locations in Dayton and Lebanon, Ohio. Join our Marketing and Outreach team and play a key role in connecting individuals to life-changing care.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Outreach Representative to grow our referral network through high-volume outbound phone outreach. You will contact hospitals, treatment centers, behavioral health providers, probation and parole offices, and community resources to communicate Woodhaven's services and generate qualified leads for our Admissions team.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential referral sources to promote Woodhaven services
Deliver a clear, consistent, approved pitch and adapt messaging based on the contact
Build and maintain professional phone-based relationships with referral partners
Generate qualified leads and hand them off in real time to the Admissions team
Document all call activity, contacts, and outcomes accurately
Submit daily activity reports including calls made, contacts obtained, and leads generated
Collaborate with the Marketing/Outreach team on territory focus and follow-up priorities
Represent Woodhaven as responsive, reliable, and easy to work with

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
MUST reside in Ohio
Strong, confident phone presence and clear communication skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and persistent
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Sales, telemarketing, call center, or healthcare experience preferred (not required)
Must have a quiet, professional home office setup and reliable internet
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
CPR certification required (company-sponsored if needed)
