About This Position
Annual Non-Exempt Salary: $40,040 ($22.00 an hour)
35 Hour work week

Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Serve as primary contact for all Fiscal Intermediary related matters associated with participants entering or leaving the service.
- Complete intake process with each participant/Designees/COS to review SD program requirements and expectations prior to acceptance.
- Communicate effectively with each Participant/Designees/COS to mediate any issue requiring their collaboration.
- Conduct launch meeting for Participants to utilize fully approved budget/services.
- Conduct exit interviews for Participants notifying FI of intent to leave service with RCIL to attempt to mediate resolution and to obtain feedback and suggestions for program improvement.
- Support new SD Participants with dense communication/trainings to ensure full understanding of program, as well as utilization of tools, resources and systems.
- Act as liaison between Participant/Designees/COS with implementation of plan/budget to ensure compliance with all applicable SD rules and regulations. Teach utilization of Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Interface directly with new Support Brokers to assist with SD program development and growth.
- Write Staff Action Plans and upload into electronic system if needed.
- Review and distribute monthly budget reports within required timeframe.
- Monitor monthly budget expenditures to ensure Participant does not exceed approved SD budget.
- Attend mandatory annual Life Plan meetings and complete required notes for file.
- Work closely with peers to navigate effective transitions for Participants/Designees/DOC from launch.
Education:
- A College Degree in Human Services or related field preferred. Relevant experience and knowledge will be considered in lieu of education. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications for preparation of documents, spreadsheets and data management using Excel. Sensitivity and awareness of issues related to cultural diversity. Strong knowledge of the SD program and supporting departments, SD rules and regulations, human services, OPWDD regulations, Medicaid, disability awareness, Independent Living Philosophy, and case management is required.
- Excellent computer skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, problem solving, excellent organization, time management, and ability to work with a diverse population of individuals is required. Must be able to work independently and initiate work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills required. Team leadership skills required.
- Must be flexible when needed to accommodate meetings outside of regular business hours.
