Telemetry Technician at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

This is a great opportunity to play a vital role in patient care! Your job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; interpreting and analyzing continuous telemetry monitoring for our cardiac patient population, troubleshooting problematic monitors and reception, ensuring proper lead placement on our patients, pick up and delivery of the monitors to each floor and cleaning the transmitters and cables after each patient uses. Customer service and teamwork is a necessity for this position. The minimum educational requirement is a high school education. Current telemetry experience and certification are preferred. Orientation is based on your experience and level of competency.
